Introduction to the Position
Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee construction projects such asbuildings, roads etc.
- Collaborate with architects, surveyors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present technical reports and project documentation.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate project viability.
- Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies.

Experience and credentials:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the construction industry or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
- COREN certification.
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Professional engineering license (added advantage).
- Willingness to work outdoors in challenging terrains.
- Able to work with little orno supervision.
