Introduction to the Position
Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled Project Monitoring Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, tracking and managing activities of the Project and maintenance team ensuring high performance and compliance with industry standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Project scope, time, quality and budget as part of the end-to-end project management process.
- Manage and co-coordinate project team to ensure proper product installation, maintenance of all projects and oversee all electrical projects from signoff to completion, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Handle all external communications with Clients, respond swiftly to client’s request, enquires and ensuring seamless documentation of responses.
- Manage all back-end documentation on assigned tasks and allocation.
- Track and manage all logistics expenses for both Implementation and Maintenance team and provide weekly report on all project installation activities.
- Maintain data and reports on routine project activities and report back to Project Coordinator on a frequent basis.

Experience and credentials:
Requirements
- B.Eng in Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in Project Monitoring.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
