  • The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our corporate client base, promoting real estate solutions, and securing high-value sales for residential and commercial properties.

Experience and credentials:

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients and institutional investors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Present, promote, and sell properties and real estate investment packages to corporate buyers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales agreements tailored to corporate needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and property development teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
