Introduction to the Position
Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and visionary School Principal to lead our team at our school located in Ogudu Ojota.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education leadership, with excellent communication and management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the school
- Develop and implement school policies and procedures
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation
- Manage school operations, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Supervise and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff
- Build relationships with parents, students, and the wider community
- Drive academic excellence and student achievement.

Experience and credentials:
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
- Postgraduate Degree in Education Leadership or Administration an added advantage
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in school leadership or administration
- Proven track record of academic excellence and school improvement
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to drive change and innovation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N300,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
