Introduction to the Position

- Oversee and manage construction projects from concept to completion.
- Design, plan, and implement building and infrastructure solutions.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure all projects comply with safety and environmental regulations.
- Prepare engineering reports, plans, and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.

Experience and credentials:
Qualified candidates must have the following Credentials before applying for the Job Offer at Sales People Nig Ltd
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in real estate or construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian building codes and regulations.
- Knowledge of structural designs is required.
- COREN certification is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Applicant must be resident in Abuja
