Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation, management, and enhancement of CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Provide data-driven insights by generating, analyzing, and interpreting sales performance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of sales technologies across the organization.
- Develop and execute technology strategies that improve lead management, conversion efficiency, and customer engagement.
- Train, support, and empower the sales team on the effective use of digital tools and platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions that propel sales performance.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of sales data across all platforms.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have the following Credentials before applying for the Graduate Job at DET Consulting Limited
- Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 3 – 5 years’ hands-on experience in Sales Technology, CRM Management, or Sales Operations.
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using data tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycle management, and revenue operations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to translate technical insights into practical solutions for business growth.
- Experience with automation, integrations, and digital sales enablement tools is a strong advantage.
Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
