Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership – Drive the execution of CAIN’s mission and strategic goals, ensuring measurable impact, growth, and long-term vision alignment.
- Program Oversight – Design, implement, evaluate and scale high-impact educational programs across multiple African countries, focused on empowerment and systemic change.
- Data Management and Analysis – Collect, manage, and analyze relevant data from all programs, ensuring CAIN makes data-driven decisions.
- Financial & Resource Management – Lead budgeting, financial planning, and reporting to ensure accountability, transparency, and resource optimization.
- Stakeholder & Partnership Engagement – Build and nurture strong relationships with donors, NGOs, government bodies, corporate partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Operations & Team Management – Oversee daily operations, while managing staff, volunteers, and project teams to ensure smooth and effective program delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance – Ensure full compliance with local and international legal, financial, and operational regulations, including nonprofit and sector-specific standards.
- Fundraising & Grant Management – Secure significant funding through compelling grant proposals, strategic partnerships, and donor engagement. Develop and execute effective, sustainable fundraising strategies.
- Research & Innovation – Monitor trends and emerging practices in education and development, introducing innovative solutions to increase CAIN’s reach and relevance.
