• Ensure to take appropriate planning measures with all clients to reassess, renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets.
• Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project.
• Review the project schedule with departmental head and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.
• Plan work schedules, coordinate and monitor activities of assigned projects to develop and implement procedures, processes and systems using MS Project or PRIMAVERA software.
• Deliver and maintain consistent and realistic plans and control structures for the project.
• Understand the list of plans required to execute the assigned project sub-elements and their interface to other sub-elements.
• Develop the activities, logic, resources and progress for the assigned project sub-elements, leading to the creation of the baseline schedule and its subsequent maintenance using Primavera/MS project.
• Develop, implement and comply with the planning and progress monitoring procedures.
• Develop daily, weekly and monthly Updated progress Report, forecast, critical path and trend analyses for assigned projects.
• Implement and maintain the status project reports. Provide regular and comprehensive schedule status reports to Project Supervisors and team members.
• Assess and incorporate the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key project targets and milestones, including productivity monitoring and identification of alternate approaches to optimize the plan(s).
