Introduction to the Position
Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO), preferably with a military background, to oversee and manage the security operations of our organization.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of security experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement security policies to safeguard company assets, personnel, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage security strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee and coordinate all security operations, ensuring the safety of employees, clients, and company assets.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive security measures.
- Supervise and train security personnel, ensuring high levels of professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Investigate security breaches, incidents, and threats, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies, emergency response teams, and other relevant authorities when required.
- Ensure compliance with all security regulations and company policies.
- Maintain records of security incidents, access logs, and incident reports.

Experience and credentials:
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management (ex-military or ex-police personnel preferred).
- Strong leadership and crisis management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and emergency response planning.
- Experience in managing a team of security personnel.
- Proficiency in the use of security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 / Month.
