Job Summary
- We are looking for a Bank Reconciliation Specialist with an Accounting Background and who should be a fresh graduate.

Experience and credentials:
Responsibilities
- Compare bank statements with internal financial records to identify discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed reconciliation reports.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Work with other departments to obtain documentation for reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
- Communicate findings and suggest corrective actions to management.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Monitor bank fees and report any discrepancies.
Salary
N120,000 Monthly.
Qualified candidates must have the following Credentials before applying for the Graduate Job at the World Bank Group:
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant areas, economics, political science, or business
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in relevant field
- Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills proven in previous employments—samples will be required
- Keen interest in Africa and multicultural environments with an understanding of DFIs
- Previous experience of having lived and studied in West and Central Africa is a requirement
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing, excelling in PowerPoint and dashboard tools for project monitoring and budgeting
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
