Experience and credentials:

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies through various channels, including digital marketing, networking, and referrals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess team performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Training & Development: Provide training to the sales team on best practices, product knowledge, and customer service.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 Monthly.
