Introduction to the Position

Responsibilities

  • Assist in interpreting, monitoring and evaluating Organizations policies, processes and procedure
  • Coordinate respective Silverbird Location’s Human Resource deliverables.
  • Facilitate Recruitment, interview summary, selection and orientations of new employees.
  • Assist in coordination of performance management- Coordinate the collation of all data required for payroll processing with relevant documentations.
  • Review HR documentation with regards to employee welfare, compensation and benefit, recognition and retention processes.
  • Continually monitor and report compliance status on all human and process activities of company as stipulated by the Company handbook.
  • Convene staff disciplinary sitting on erring staff and ensure appropriate documentation is in place at all times.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, which includes conducting effective, thorough and objective.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. Conduct Staff Audit.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Partner with management to communicate human resources policies, procedures and programs.
  • Facilitate evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Assist in interpreting Organizations policies, processes and procedure.
  • Process Staff registration with HMO, PFA and organize pension and health forum and other human resource events.
  • Manage all HR social media accounts.
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluation of Organizations Grievance and Disciplinary process.
  • Continually monitor and report compliance status on all human and process activities of company as stipulated by the Company handbook.
  • Monitor staff register for group, galleria, HR and film distribution.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of film distribution, galleria and group.

Daily:

  • Send out monthly mails, webinar notification, policy reminders, common sense series, monthly newsletter, corporate affairs mails.

Daily.:

  • Coordinate the corporate affairs committee and culture club

Monthly:

  • Handle mentorship programme Daily.
  • Assist with employee communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, suggestion programs and employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Maintain n depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with legal department as needed/required.
  • Manage the company HMO scheme including payments
  • To Undertake such other Duties as Required and Commensurate with the Grade and Title of the Job

Experience and credentials:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized university, CIPM OR HR professional certificate.

Skills:

  • Time Management
  • Strong Interpersonal skills.
  • Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.
  • Exposure to payroll practices.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Salary
N200,000 / month.
