Introduction to the Position
Job Summary
- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our dynamic team.
- This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about human resources, who pays attention to details and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, referrals, hotnigerian jobs etc.)
- Support recruiters in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Prepare recruitment-related reports and documentation
- Help draft and post job advertisements

Experience and credentials:
Qualifications and Skills
- HND/BSc in HR, Business Administration,or a related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience or internship in HR/recruitment is a plus.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
