Introduction to the Position
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with flight bookings, reservations, and ticket issuance.
- Provide expert advice on travel routes, fares, and airline policies.
- Process ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.
- Stay updated on airline schedules, promotions, and travel regulations.

Experience and credentials:
Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience as a ticketing officer
- Proven experience in ticketing and reservations, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of airline fare rules and ticketing procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N220,000 – N250,000 per month.
