Introduction to the Position
Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys, interviews, or gather data from relevant sources as directed.
- Analyze HR-related data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven HR strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR team members to address specific data analysis needs.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts related to data management and analysis.
- Provide regular updates on project status to the project team.

Experience and credentials:
Qualified candidates must have the following Credentials before applying for the Graduate Job at Lily Hospitals:
