Job Summary
- The Real Estate Team Lead will oversee sales, leasing, and property management operations while driving business growth and ensuring excellent client service.
- This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and market analysis to optimize sales performance and team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Identify and capitalize on real estate investment opportunities.
- Manage relationships with developers, property owners, and investors.
- Oversee property listings and marketing efforts to attract potential buyers and tenants.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents and sales representatives.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement incentive programs.
- Provide coaching and development plans to improve team effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate referrals.
- Conduct property tours and negotiate deals to close transactions.
- Address client concerns and ensure a seamless transaction process.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, property values, and competitive pricing.
- Recommend pricing strategies and investment opportunities based on data insights.

Experience and credentials:

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in real estate sales, negotiations, and client management.

- Excellent knowledge of the Lagos real estate market.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools for real estate.
