Job Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs and detailed construction drawings.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders on project requirements.
- Oversee project execution to ensure design integrity and quality standards.
- Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Advise on the feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability of designs.

Experience and credentials:
Qualified candidates must have the following Credentials before applying for the Graduate Job at Nosagie Holdings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field with a minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience in architectural design or construction.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and materials.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Benin City.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
