Responsibilties
- Develop, implement, and maintain a robust internal control framework that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations to management and the audit committee
- Design and perform control testing, including evaluating the effectiveness of existing controls and identifying gaps
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process and implement audit recommendations
- Provide guidance and training to employees on internal control policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, applying this knowledge to improve internal controls.

Experience and credentials:

Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree
- Professional certification in internal auditing (CIA), accounting (CPA, ICAN)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or a related field
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 monthly.
