Introduction to the Position

- As our Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for improving the effectiveness of our organization’s risk management, internal controls, and governance processes.
- The ideal candidate will conduct audits, assess compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Responsibilities
- To review the external auditors’ report on JHP/MRDS depots and follow up to ensure that all associated issues and matters arising therefrom are properly resolved and brought to closure in a timely manner.
- Formulate an audit plan that covers all the operations and departments of the group and actively participate in ensuring that the plan is executed efficiently and effectively.
- To review the operations, management accounts, schedules, and reconciliations of the operating divisions and head office, to report findings and follow up to ensure exceptions are properly and promptly resolved.
- To promptly prepare accurate internal audit reports for the Finance Committee (FINCOM) and Statutory Audit Committee and to attend the meetings of these committees to present the reports as required from time to time.

Experience and credentials:
Qualified candidates must have the following Credentials before applying for the Graduate Job at the World Bank Group:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIA, CISA) is preferred or in progress.
- Minimum of 2 – 4 years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, or financial compliance.
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles, IFRS, GAAP, and internal control frameworks.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
