Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should read the following carefully before applying:
- Supervise construction of industrial buildings, equipment foundations, silos, tanks, utility structures, roads, drains, and landscaping.
- Review and interpret civil and structural drawings; coordinate with consultants for necessary modifications.
- Prepare BOQs, material requirements, and ensure quality control of construction materials (e.g., concrete, steel).
- Create and edit AutoCAD drawings as needed.
- Monitor contractor performance, labor management, and daily site progress.
- Ensure civil works are executed in line with engineering standards and project timelines.
- Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams for equipment erection and trench alignments.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, daily reports, and progress records.
- Enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Assist in vendor/contractor evaluation and certification.
- Support timely project commissioning by ensuring civil works are completed as scheduled.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have the following Credentials before applying for the fresh job at ShogxyPro Outsourcing
- Age: Maximum 35 years
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in civil project execution within process industries
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Knowledge of structural design, RCC, steel structures, foundation works, and industrial buildings
- Strong site execution and contractor supervision skills
- Familiarity with Nigerian civil engineering standards and site safety practices
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams
Target Background:
- Candidates from construction firms, design firms, or greenfield project environments are strongly encouraged to apply.
