Introduction to the Position
The ideal candidate should read the following carefully before applying:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company and its subsidiaries.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and guide HR-related issues.
- Develop and implement employee engagement
- Initiatives to improve morale and retention.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Performance Management:
- Design and manage performance evaluation processes, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
- Work with managers to identify performance improvement needs and develop appropriate action plans.
- Coordinate promotions, salary reviews, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs across the company and develop programs to address skill gaps.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities for employees.
- Maintain training records

Experience and credentials:
