Introduction to the Position
Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Foreman to join our dynamic team.
- In this critical role, you will be responsible for supervising on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is executed according to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and supervise site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the project manager.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control at all stages of construction.
- Assist in resolving technical and operational challenges on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including attendance, materials, and work completed.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.

Experience and credentials:
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
Salary
- N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
