Introduction to the Position
Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Production Pharmacist to join our client’s team at their upcoming pharmaceutical company in Cross River State.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee production of pharmaceutical products (tablets, capsules, liquids)
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct quality control checks on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Train and develop production staff
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes and quality control

Experience and credentials:
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical production
- Registered with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN)
- Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
