Introduction to the Position
Job Description
- Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities and ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with design specifications.
- The site engineer will supervise daily site activities, monitor workers and materials, ensure quality finishing, enforce safety protocols, and report progress to the Site Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates as required.

Experience and credentials:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in site supervision and construction management.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
