Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should read the following carefully before applying:
- As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a competent and experienced Accountant to take ownership of financial management, inventory control, and reporting across both businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations for Tony Global Leading Group and Autostores-ng.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records for management and stakeholders.
- Provide financial advisory support to management for strategic planning, cost control, and business growth.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance indicators.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings, and regulatory obligations.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
- Manage and reconcile inventory accounting, ensuring proper valuation, stock records, and variance analysis.
- Work closely with operations teams to optimize inventory control and cost efficiency.
- Deliver periodic financial reports and performance dashboards across both businesses.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders when required.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have the following Credentials before applying for the graduate job at Tony Global
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ proven experience in accounting, with exposure to inventory and cost management.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in busy accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, advisory, and financial reporting skills.
- Strong integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- A salary range of N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
