Introduction to the Position
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Direct guests to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Maintain a clean, organized, and functional office and reception area
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to emails
- Manage office supplies and ensure timely restocking
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate staff calendars
- Book meeting rooms, venues, and travel arrangements as needed
- Maintain both digital and physical filing and documentation systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with data entry, report preparation, and document formatting
- Provide general administrative support to HR, finance, and other departments
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and staff activities.
