Key Responsibilities
Source, identify, and develop relationships with potential clients and investors.
Manage the entire sales process — from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct property presentations and negotiations to secure high-value transactions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed set targets.
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and investment opportunities.
Represent the company professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
