Summary of Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate finishing activities on construction sites.
- Ensure all finishing work adheres to quality standards and project specifications.
- Manage teams of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Coordinate with other supervisors and project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during finishing work.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and daily activities.
- Order and manage materials required for finishing work.

Experience and credentials:
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with 3 – 5 years work experience.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
