Experience and credentials:

Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing:

  • Use workday and other variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Screening and Interviewing:

  • Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, either in person or virtually, and facilitate interview panels when necessary.

Managing the Recruitment Process:

  • Coordinate the scheduling and logistics for interviews, candidate evaluations, and feedback loops.
  • Oversee the offer and negotiation process, ensuring that compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with company policies.

Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:

  • Enhance the company’s employer brand by promoting a positive image through consistent messaging and an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Ensure clear communication throughout the process, providing candidates with timely updates and feedback.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
  • Use data and insights to continuously refine and improve the talent acquisition process.

Onboarding Support:

  • Collaborate with the HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, from offer acceptance to the first day of work.
  • Ensure that new hires feel welcomed and well-integrated into the organization.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with relevant labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, legal changes, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Manage recruitment budgets, allocate resources effectively, and make cost-effective decisions when sourcing and attracting candidates.

Diversity and Inclusion:

  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion in the hiring process, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates is considered for each role.
