Introduction to the Position
Job Summary
- As our Procurement Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process for goods and services required by the organization.
- This role involves strategic sourcing, vendor relationship management, contract negotiation, inventory control, and cost optimization.
- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience in managing a team within a procurement or supply chain environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market survey from time to time to ensure the company gets the best prices for goods and services.
- Monitor and update relevant departments regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing. Process purchase orders and ensure appropriate approvals before goods are purchased.
- Ensure high quality of goods purchased and received.
- Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures.

Experience and credentials:
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / H.N.D in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum of 4- 5 years of experience in procurement in the healthcare and Manufacturing Industry.
- Professional certification from the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Management (CIPS) or any other relevant professional body is an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management and procurement best practices.
Salary
N500,000 – N550,000 Monthly + HMO.
